Pine River Farm guarantees that you will receive top quality products and plants that have been nursery inspected, that are true-to-name, and that will break dormancy when reasonable and proper care is given.


RETURNS

Since plants and trees are perishable, nursery stock cannot be returned without authorization. We will provide a shipping label for defective products authorized for return at no cost to the customer. Once a plant has been planted, it cannot be returned. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We will either send replacement plants if applicable, refund your payment, or apply a credit on your account toward future purchases.

Send a photo of the plant/issue if applicable. Be sure to include the order number, your name and address. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring our hardiness zone recommendation. Each living plant is unique and may vary in size, color, or shape depending on the season.

REFUNDS

Returns generally take 7-14 days to be processed & refunded. Once a return is processed, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used OR a refund check will be issued.

POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We do our best to ensure delivery of all orders but sometimes crop failures and other issues can occur. In these cases, we offer a full refund or credit toward future purchases.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of New York. Applicable tax rate for New York orders will be applied. Shipping and handling are not included in the taxable amount of an order.
