INCHELLIUM RED GARLIC: Artichoke softneck garlic. Mild flavor with a hint of heat. Excellent storage with flavor getting stronger during storage. Discovered on the Colville Indian Reservation in Washington. In 1991 it won first place among 20 varieties evaluated for flavor at the Rodale Food Center.
