Our Garlic Spray Bouquets make wonderful decorative gifts. Perfect for the garden lover. Just hang anywhere (loop on the back) away from direct sunlight and cut off the garlic to use as needed. The garlic (from this year’s harvest) has already been dried and cured and will last until early spring.
We have been growing garlic for over 20 years on our family farm in the Catskills. We grow 14 varieties of hardneck and softneck garlic. All of our plants are grown using organic and regenerative practices. The variety in this bouquet is Carpathian garlic.
CARPATHIAN GARLIC: Rocambole hardneck garlic. Rich, sweet flavor. This is an excellent tasting garlic. White-wrapped bulbs that hold 8-9 large cloves clothed in copper skin that is easy to peel. This is one of the larger sized rocamboles.
All materials (except the twine) are grown in our gardens or foraged from our forest.
