Anna – Female Hardy Kiwi – Actinidia arguta
The fruit size is considered large for a hardy kiwi. Produces delicious fruits with a smooth and edible skin, smaller than supermarket kiwis. Heavy yields ripen at the end of September or early October.
Ken’s Red- Female Hardy Kiwi – Actinidia arguta
Red to violet color fruit when ripe. Fruit is sweet with only slight acidity. Heavy yields ripen at the end of September or early October about 10 days before Anna.
Male Hardy Kiwi Pollinator Plant – Actinidia arguta
The male plant, either Clark or Meader, can pollinate Anna, Ken’s Red or Issai. MALE PLANTS DO NOT PRODUCE FRUIT – only pollen. One male will pollinate up to six female plants.
