Description
LSU is a very vigorous grower. The fruiting season is early with figs fairly long and medium sized. The fruits are deep purple, hence the name, and are sugar sweet.
Figs like a full day of sun.
Bears fruit at 1-2 years old in late July – August and will yield about 10 to 15 lb of fruit at maturity. Zones 7-9
